Machi Machi
Machi Machi's panna cotta milk tea is the dessert-drink crossover nobody asked for but everyone needs. The panna cotta slides through the straw in ribbons and gives the whole thing a custard-y richness that makes regular milk tea taste sad by comparison. The cheese foam is good. The panna cotta is the reason to come.
Jay Chou's bubble tea chain landed on Robson with the kind of fanfare usually reserved for sneaker drops. The hype has settled, but the panna cotta series remains genuinely unique โ creamy, wobbly, almost flan-like layers that turn a drink into a full dessert experience.

๐ซง Deep cut tip: The panna cotta is the star โ don't dilute the experience with add-ins. Just the black milk tea with panna cotta at 50% sugar. The cheese foam drinks are good but you can get comparable foam elsewhere for less.
